IPS UK Ltd registered as a UK company in 2016 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of IPS Group Inc.  In 2016 the Group carried out market detailed research to understand the dynamics of the parking business in the UK and to fully understand the gaps in the market.  It was clear the UK, like many countries needed a fresh injection of new technology and more over a much simpler way to do business.  In March 2017 IPS UK started full business operations in earnest based at premises in Winchester, before moving on to Doncaster in 2018 following tremendous growth.
