All of our products come with a standard 12-month warranty. After this time, we offer cost effective Service Level Agreements with all repair and maintenance work carried out by our own employed Engineers.
Our Team of Engineers travel across the country for installations, commissioning, repair and maintenance of our IPS Group, UK machines. They will arrive in IPS Group, UK fully equipped vans to carry out any work required and will be easily identified by their uniforms and identification badges

GOLD
12 Hours Response Time + 1 x preventative maintenance visit per year.
All labour and parts for repairs required through fair wear & tear or by faults arising during normal operation of the machine are included.
SILVER
16 Hours Response Time + 1 x preventative maintenance visit per year.
All labour and parts for repairs required through fair wear & tear or by faults arising during normal operation of the machine are included.
BRONZE
1 x general maintenance service visit per machine, per annum.
