Maximizes computer system capabilities by studying technical applications; making recommendations.  Provides client/user support and systems related presentations, installations, testing and training.  Provides technical and customer support to client and public end users.  Assists with research, development and implementation of new technologies in support of the IPS Enforcement Solutions effort.

• Highly Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years’ experience presenting, testing, supporting, troubleshooting and installing mobile enforcement applications for parking enforcement programs.
  • Experience in the following technologies
  • Mobile Bluetooth printers
  • Android and IOS mobile enforcement applications
  • Wireless technology – web service communication/XML data transfers
  • Mobile printer paper technology
  • Parking enforcement business logic, laws and common mythologies
• Travel
  •  This position will include frequent travel in support the following endeavors
